General information:

However, there are some basic rules which can assist with the cleaning:

1. Grease stains can be removed with a fibre washcloth dampened with hot water. If this does not remove the stain, we strongly recommend not continuing this treatment. Over time, the leather will absorb the grease.

2. Dry dirt stains can be removed with a damp washcloth.

3. Wet stains should never be rubbed dry. If you would like to attempt to clean them, we recommend blotting the wet area with an absorbent washcloth.

1. After taking off your jacket, hang it on the widest possible hanger of the right shape and size. As is the case with footwear, leather tends to stretch, so we advise against hanging the jacket on clothing hooks which place too much localized pressure on the leather.

2. If your leather coat gets wet, do not worry, but do try to avoid it getting completely soaked. When it gets wet, hang it on an appropriate size and shape hanger and allow it to dry at room temperature, away from direct sources of heat such as radiators or drying cabinets.

3. Leather items should be protected from excessive exposure to strong light, in order to avoid changes to the colour of the leather. Therefore, in spite of the careful tanning process, we cannot guarantee against eventual discoloration caused by light, nor do we guarantee the product in the case of improper cleaning or washing.
